Your husband is right though. We would get them all over us and our clothes. I love the juice now cleaner and easier. lolValeriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01018439543441955296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3580956136121209434.post-36200273227077843482008-12-07T18:47:00.000-06:002008-12-07T18:47:00.000-06:00Mmmmmm, I love Pomegranates! Somehow, I managed to wrangle a few out of my parents every year. I still eat a few every year to this day and have one in my fridge waiting to be eaten right now!

It isn't pretty, but I just cut them in half and then break them open section by section. I don't eat the inside of the seeds, just bite the juice off of them and spit out the insides. The midget loved them also, but she ate the whole seed.

Happy pomegranate-ing!Carriehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05914463084777786772noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3580956136121209434.post-43031608681146168192008-12-07T18:32:00.000-06:002008-12-07T18:32:00.000-06:00I guess it's normal not to eat a fruit that isn't ...I guess it's normal not to eat a fruit that isn't familiar to you. I remember looking at squash and thinking "and how am I suppose to peel this???". Nah, you don't eat the rind, just the seeds. They are not "sweet" but good for you. My mom would buy many and we would eat them, one seed at a time. They're familiar fruits to Portuguese people. Anyway, do eat them since they are very good for you. :)Domestic Goddess..Diva sometimeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17494435745541148662noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3580956136121209434.post-87526058528159456822008-12-07T18:11:00.000-06:002008-12-07T18:11:00.000-06:00wow i dont think ive ever tried a real pomegranete...wow i dont think ive ever tried a real pomegranete... they are so pretty though!!!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02040674254150310726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3580956136121209434.post-26012408828668393342008-12-07T17:54:00.000-06:002008-12-07T17:54:00.000-06:00We have a tree outside. $120 worth of pomegranate...We have a tree outside. $120 worth of pomegranates easy.
